Additionally contained in this recent photograph release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created plans to develop the sprawling island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and features a notes section labelling various sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for dock shelters.
